Store Use

Product descriptions, imagery, pricing, and availability may change over time. Artkins aims for accurate listings, but minor differences in color, placement, or presentation may occur between mockups and delivered products.
Orders and Payment
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be completed before fulfillment begins. If there is an issue with pricing, stock, fraud review, or fulfillment availability, Artkins may cancel or decline an order and issue a refund where appropriate.
Made-to-Order Fulfillment
Many Artkins products are produced on demand through third-party fulfillment partners. Because production may begin quickly, order changes or cancellations cannot always be accommodated after purchase.
Returns and Support
If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially defective, contact support@artkins.ca within 14 days of receiving the order. Eligibility for replacement, refund, or other resolution depends on the issue and supporting details provided.
Intellectual Property
Store content, branding, product presentation, text, images, and design elements remain the property of Artkins or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise.
