Artkins ships worldwide with free shipping on all orders. After your order is placed, production typically takes 2–5 business days. Standard delivery after production takes approximately 5–10 business days for Canada and the US, and 10–20 business days for international orders. Actual delivery times may vary by destination and fulfillment partner.

Returns and exchanges

Because many items are made to order, change-of-mind returns and cancellations may not be available once production begins. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a print-quality issue, contact support@artkins.ca with your order number and photos within 14 days of receiving the order so the issue can be reviewed.
