Artkins offers free shipping on every order, everywhere in the world. No minimum purchase required.
Processing time
All products are made to order. After your order is placed, production and processing typically takes 1–4 business days. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted production partners in Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom.
Delivery times
Once your order ships, standard delivery takes approximately:
- Canada and United States: 5–7 business days
- United Kingdom and Europe: 7–12 business days
- Rest of world: 10–14 business days
Actual delivery times may vary by destination. Tracking information is sent by email once your order ships.
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Because all items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a print-quality issue, we will make it right.
To request a return, exchange, or refund for a damaged or defective item:
- Email support@artkins.ca within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method or a free replacement — your choice. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
