2. Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and include applicable taxes where required. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Product images are representative; minor variations in colour may occur due to screen settings and printing processes.

3. Orders & Payment

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout. All transactions are processed securely via Stripe through WooCommerce Payments.

4. Shipping

Artkins ships worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders with no minimum purchase required. After your order is placed, production typically takes 2–5 business days. Standard delivery times vary by destination. Full details are available on our Shipping & Returns page.

5. Returns & Refunds

Many of our products are made to order. We are unable to accept returns for change-of-mind purchases once production has started. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@artkins.ca with photos of the issue. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Full details are on our Shipping & Returns page.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, images, text, and branding on this site are the property of Artkins unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission. Some designs are inspired by popular culture and are original creative works by our team.

7. Limitation of Liability

Artkins is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.
