Where do you ship?
Artkins ships worldwide with free shipping on all orders. There are no shipping fees at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.
How are orders fulfilled?
Most Artkins products are made to order through trusted print-on-demand production partners. After you place an order, production typically takes 2–5 business days before the item ships. This means each piece is printed or assembled fresh — not pulled from a shelf.
How long does delivery take?
After production completes, estimated delivery times are:
- Canada and the US: 5–10 business days
- UK and Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–20 business days
- Rest of world: 10–20 business days
Actual times vary by destination and fulfillment partner. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Contact support@artkins.ca as soon as possible with your order details. Because made-to-order items move into production quickly — sometimes within hours — changes and cancellations cannot always be guaranteed. The sooner you reach out, the better the chance of catching it in time.
Do you accept returns?
Because most items are made to order, change-of-mind returns are not available once production has started. However, if your item arrives damaged, has a print defect, or is incorrect:
- Email support@artkins.ca within 14 days of receiving the order
- Include clear photos of the item and the defect
- We will review and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
Will the product look exactly like the mockup?
We aim for product images and descriptions to be as accurate as possible. Minor variations in color, print placement, or how colors render on different screens can occur. If you have a specific question about a product before ordering, reach out and we will do our best to clarify.
Are the designs exclusive to Artkins?
Yes. All designs sold in the Artkins store are original artwork created for this shop. They are not licensed fan merchandise — Artkins designs are inspired by South Asian culture, Bollywood, and desi community references, created as original artistic works.
What sizes are available for apparel?
Most apparel runs from S to 2XL in a unisex classic fit. Specific size charts are listed on each product page. If you are between sizes, sizing up gives a more relaxed fit. Reach out before ordering if you have sizing questions.
